To celebrate the 2nd anniversary of Fancy Chimpanzee, I made a special Field Notes. Well, I printed the logo and stuck the paper in an already produced Field Notes Vignette edition. Still impressive, I think.
The Pilot Custom 823 is a vacuum-filled fountain pen that comes with its own luxurical sleeping bag. Kirk Speer expertly added a custom cursive smooth italic grind to make this the fanciest tool in the chimpanzee house.

The Sailor 1911L Simply Black was released in Europe and has a distinctly Fancy Japanese aesthetic. The 21K Zoom nib creates thicker lines as the writing angle lowers to the page and can be used upside-down for a very fine line.
